About a couple months ago, I bought my brand new Honda Civic to them to have my strut replaced (It was the biggest mistake I made). They didn’t put it on correctly, and it was making a huge noise going over bumps.
Then, a couple weeks ago, I took it to them again, and they fixed the suspension, but in the process, they messed up my CV Axle and my brand new car BROKE DOWN on the road because of their messy work.
Got it towed back to them and they somehow got it fixed.
now I see that they put a cheap little ziptie around the CV Axle boot instead of the proper boot band and it’s leaking grease.
I’m not taking this to them anymore, because the next things they might mess up would be the transmission or the engine and I definitely don’t want that.
I’ll have to pay $190 at my local Honda dealership to fix the mess they’ve made now.
So if you have a car that you want to drive trouble-free, my advice is to never take it to them for anything, unless you want to be in the same shoes as me.
Remember, cheap shops aren’t the best shops. When it comes to a big investment like a car, always trust the pros.
